For an easy exchange, send the item back to the address provided. After receipt and inspection, we will issue a shopping voucher of the same value. This voucher can be used for another order and is valid for 30 days.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund and Cancellation Process

We provide cash refunds only if a replacement item is unavailable. Damaged items are eligible for a full cash refund, initiated through email contact. Order cancellations are possible before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not feasible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 working days.

Items on sale or clearance are also eligible for refunds or size exchanges.
